Magnolia Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chicken breast, boiled, deboned and diced
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. evaporated milk
    2 medium potatoes, boiled and diced
    4 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Melt the margarine in a saucepan.
    Add the flour and mix well.
    Pour in the milk and stir continuously until thick.
    Add the remaining ingredients except the bread crumbs and the egg. Mix well and chill for 30 minutes.
    Coat each piece of chicken evenly with bread crumbs, dip in egg, and coat again in bread crumbs. Deep fry until golden brown.
