Chicken Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 medium chopped onions
    garlic powder
    1 pkg. chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    3 cans kidney beans
    1 can corn
    salt, pepper and parsley
    grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Heat oil and add onions and garlic powder.
    Cook 2 to 3 minutes until tender.
    Add bite-size pieces of chicken, chili powder and cumin.
    Cook 3 to 4 minutes until chicken loses raw color and is well coated with seasonings.
    Add tomatoes, beans and corn.
    Bring to a boil and simmer covered 15 minutes.
    Uncover and cook 5 to 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through and sauce is thickened.
    Remove from heat and season with salt.
    Sprinkle with parsley and grated cheese to serve.
