Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat with a fork the eggs.
    Stir in milk and oil.
    Add flour, sugar and baking powder.
    Stir just enough for flour to be moistened.
    Batter should be lumpy.
    Add 2 cups blueberries.
    Fill muffin cups 1/2 full.
    Sprinkle sugar on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Makes 24 muffins.
