Copper Pennies-Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. yellow mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and slice carrots, cook until just tender.
    Drain.
    Mix onions, green pepper, sugar, salad oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Add to carrots.
    Chill.
