Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. white syrup
1/2 c. water
3 c. raw peanuts
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. soda
Preparation

Cook first 3 ingredients until spins thread or forms hard ball in cold water.
Add peanuts and salt.
Stir and cook until light golden brown.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla, butter and soda. Stir well and pour on well-greased cookie sheet.
Will be more brittle if not spread.
Just let run out on pan.
Break when cold.
