Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. pecans
    3/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Mix cake by directions on box, pour 1/2 batter into a greased and floured cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Melt caramels with butter and milk, pour over baked cake.
    Sprinkle chocolate chips and pecans.
    Pour rest of cake batter on top of this.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
