Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 potatoes, unpeeled
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    garlic clove, sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
Preparation
    Slice potatoes, placing in a greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with salt, thyme leaves and garlic.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
