Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1 small onion, grated
    1 carrot, grated
    1 stick celery, cut fine
    1 tsp. salt
    black pepper
    3 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    In a pan, put potatoes, onion, carrot and celery.
    Cover with enough water to cook until potatoes are soft, then add 3 cups of milk and margarine, salt and pepper to taste.
    Let cook about 5 minutes longer.
