Pecan Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 c. brown sugar
    pinch of salt
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff; gradually add brown sugar and salt.
    Fold in pecans.
    Drop by teaspoonful on lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 200\u00b0 until light brown.
