Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (9-inch) yellow cakes, baked and cooled
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1/4 c. flour
Preparation

Drain pineapple well; save juice. Add sugar, egg yolks and flour to pineapple juice and cook until it spins a thread. Add pineapple to juice mixture; cool completely. Spread on layers and stack. Cover with Seven-Minute Frosting.
