Grits And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. grits
    6 c. water
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine
    2 to 3 dashes Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. diced ham
Preparation
    Cook grits in 6 cups water and 1 teaspoon salt.
    When thickened, remove from heat and stir in cheese, margarine, Tabasco sauce, eggs and ham.
    Pour into greased 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle generously with paprika.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 approximately 1 hour, until cheese is melted and top is slightly browned.
