Crustless Savory Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 (12 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese (nonfat)
    1/4 c. oleo, softened
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    pepper to taste
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. cooked ham, bacon, shrimp or crab
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (lite)
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. minced green onions
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 9-inch pie plate.
    Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs.
    Beat in cream cheese, cottage cheese and butter until almost smooth.
    In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.
    Stir in egg mixture until thoroughly blended.
    Beat in milk.
    Pour into prepared pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese and meat or shellfish.
    Sprinkle with green onions and mushrooms.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Cool slightly before eating.
