Plaza 3 Steak Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine, melted
1 c. flour
1 c. each: diced onion, celery and carrots
1 c. strained tomatoes
2 Tbsp. B-V (beef bouillon)
1 tsp. each: celery, onion and garlic salt
dash of basil
1/2 gal. water
1 lb. raw boneless round steak, cut in cubes
2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
1 Tbsp. Accent
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
Kitchen Bouquet (optional for color)
Preparation

Melt margarine, whisk in flour.
Stir in water.
Stir over low heat until smooth.
Add meat and bring to boil.
Add celery, onion, carrots, vegetables, tomatoes, Accent, B-V and pepper. Bring to boil and simmer 4 hours.
