Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 6 large chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
    1 bag rice (boil-in-bag)
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 roll Ritz crackers
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients all together; spray dish with Pam. Put mixture in dish.
    Crush Ritz crackers; sprinkle over top. Melt margarine and pour over Ritz crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
