Huff 'N Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. beer
    1 tsp. cooking oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg white
    Vienna sausage (hot)
    dogs or cooked shrimp
Preparation
    Mix batter of flour, beer, cooking oil and salt.
    Let stand at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours.
    Beat egg white until stiff and fold into batter mixture.
    Cut Vienna sausages into thirds.
    Dip pieces into batter and fry in deep fat at 400\u00b0 until batter is golden brown.
    Serve hot.
    Cut hot dogs into mouth sized pieces. Cut shrimp as desired.
