Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
    2 c. milk
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    slivered almonds, chopped
Preparation
    Over medium heat, saute onions in margarine until tender.
    Add cream cheese and milk; stir over low heat until the cheese is melted.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water, add to cream cheese mixture.
    Stir in broccoli, lemon juice, salt and pepper; heat thoroughly.
    Top each serving with toasted almonds.
