Easy Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Mix 2 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer.
Spoon into a greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
