Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. tortilla chips, crushed
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 cup sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
    Chopped lettuce and tomato
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onions; drain fat.
    Add tomato sauce, water and taco seasoning.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    In a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish, layer ingredients in this order:
    chips (3 cups), all the ground beef mixture, sour cream, Mozzarella cheese, and remaining chips.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
    Serve topped with lettuce and tomatoes.
