Hot Chocolate Mix(Big Batch) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 qt.) box nonfat dry milk
1 lb. powdered sugar, sifted
1 (6 oz.) jar nondairy creamer powder
1 (16 oz. or more) can sweetened cocoa powder

Preparation

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Store in airtight container. For 1 serving, mix 1/4 cup mix with 3/4 cup boiling water.
Stir to dissolve.
Top with marshmallows or whipped cream.
Can adjust amount of mix to taste.
