Cajun Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 1/4 c. long grain rice (raw)
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1 can onion soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 bell pepper, cut in large hunks
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 tsp. salt
    black and red pepper
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and place in well-greased Dutch oven.
    Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Serve with green salad and French bread.
