Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 - 1 lb. ground beef
salt
pepper
taco seasoning
1-2 c. cooked beans
tortilla chips
shredded cheese
2 c. tomato juice
2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. chili powder or paprika
1/2 med. onion
Preparation
-
Brown beef.
Add seasonings and beans.
Place tortilla chips in bottom of baking dish.
Put beef and bean mixture over chips. In blender, blend tomato juice, flour, chili powder, and onion till smooth.
Pour over bean mixture in pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0F for about 1/2 hr.
Put shredded cheese on top and bake until cheese is melted.
Enjoy with extra tortilla chips.
