Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Mix together salad oil and sugar; add half of dry ingredients.
    Mix well and beat in carrots, pineapple and nuts; add vanilla and remaining dry ingredients.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating until well blended after each addition.
    Pour into two greased 8 x 12 x 2-inch pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown and toothpick comes out clean.
