Bacon Mushroom Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon, diced
2 1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
4 oz. cream cheese
sandwich bread slices
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Cook bacon and then vegetables until tender.
Stir in cream cheese until melted.
Trim crust off bread and cut in half horizontally.
Flatten bread with rolling pin.
Spread mixture on flattened pieces of bread.
Roll up jelly roll style and fasten with a toothpick.
Place seam down on baking sheet.
Cover and chill at least 1 hour or freeze in single layer.
