Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 stalks celery, diced fine
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Cook the mixed vegetables according to directions. Add the mayonnaise, cheese and celery to the vegetables.
Place in dish and top with the crackers mixed with the margarine.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
