Swedish Coffee Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk
    3/4 lb. margarine
    3 yeast cakes
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    22 to 24 crushed cardamon seed
    5 lb. unbleached flour
Preparation
    Simmer and cool 1 quart milk and 3 pounds margarine.
    Dilute yeast cakes in 3/4 cup warm water (add 1 teaspoon sugar).
    Add mixture to 3 cups sugar, 4 beaten eggs and 1 extra yolk (save white), unbleached flour and cardamon seed (crushed).
    Mix well. Then put into large greased bowl.
    Turn over so greased side is up.
    Let rise 1 hour (maybe longer) covered in warm place.
    When doubled in size, turn out onto floured surface and knead, adding more flour as needed.
