Diabetic Applesauce Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1/2 c. brown Sugar Twin
1 egg
1 c. applesauce
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. quick oatmeal

Preparation

Cream oleo, Sugar Twin and egg.
Add applesauce and vanilla. Beat in sifted flour and spices.
Fold in raisins and oatmeal. Drop by spoonful on cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
