Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. beef
    1 1/4 lb. veal
    1 1/4 lb. pork
    6 eggs
    1 3/4 c. lite cream
    1 3/4 c. bread crumbs
    2/3 c. minced onion
    1/3 c. parsley
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    dash of cloves
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    5 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grind twice the beef, veal and pork.
    Soak 5 minutes the lite cream and bread crumbs.
