Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow squash
    1 onion, chopped
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/3 c. oleo, melted
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook squash 5 to 6 minutes and drain.
    Mix onion, egg, salt, pepper, oleo and cracker crumbs.
    Gently add squash.
    Pour into a casserole dish and bake about 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle top with cheese and bake about 10 more minutes or until cheese melts and is slightly brown.
