Spicy Black Beans And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves minced garlic
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans tomatoes (whole)
    2 Tbsp. chopped green chiles (can)
    2 (15 oz.) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Coat a large, nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
    Add olive oil.
    Place over medium high heat until hot.
    Add chopped onion and garlic.
    Saute until tender.
    Add the tomatoes and chiles. Reduce heat and cook, uncovered, for 6 to 8 minutes or until thick.
    Stir in beans and remaining ingredients.
    Cover and cook 5 minutes or until hot!
    Yum! Serve with rice.
