Rice And Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 stick butter
    1 c. rice (2 or 3 c. cooked)
    2 cans cream-style corn
    jalapeno pepper to taste
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Saute onion and bell pepper in butter.
    Add cooked rice, corn and jalapeno pepper.
    Pour in casserole dish and top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 or 30 minutes.
