Congealed Strawberry Shortcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) angel food cake
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    1 (16 oz.) whipped topping (Cool Whip)
Preparation
    Shred cake.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Prepare jello using package directions.
    Mix with thawed strawberries in bowl.
    Spread over cake.
    Chill, covered, until set.
    Cover with Cool Whip.
