Yoshiko'S Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head cabbage, chopped
    2 carrots, sliced diagonally
    1/2 green pepper (large slices)
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. bacon, cut in 1-inch strips
    1/2 can corned beef, cut in strips
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. m.s.g.
Preparation
    Fry bacon; add carrots and stir.
    Fry 3 to 5 minutes.
    Add cabbage, salt, pepper and monosodium glutamate.
    Cover and cook 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add green pepper and onions.
    Stir and fry 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add corned beef and 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 4.
