Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans mixed vegetables
    1/2 c. diced onions
    2 to 3 stalks celery, diced
    1 c. chopped water chestnuts
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut up
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 c. oleo or butter, melted
Preparation
    Must use mayonnaise.
    Do not substitute.
    Mix vegetables, onion and water chestnuts together.
    Add cheese and mayonnaise. Mix well and pour into a shallow greased baking dish.
    Crush crackers and mix with oleo and sprinkle on top of casserole.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until bubbly.
