Aunt Jane'S Stolen Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer
    12 oz. vermicelli
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can English peas, drained
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, mashed
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Boil chicken in salted water.
    Skin and debone chicken.
    Cook vermicelli in chicken broth until almost tender (not soft) and drain.
    Saute onion and bell pepper in margarine.
    Cut Velveeta into cubes and add to hot vermicelli.
    Mix vermicelli and other ingredients together.
    Spray casserole dish with Pam and pour in mixture.
    Top with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
    Serves 50 finicky eaters or 15 normal eaters or 8 people who are going on a diet Monday.
