Microwave Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of garlic powder
dash of pepper
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1 medium onion, chopped

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart glass casserole.
Cover with waxed paper.
Cook in microwave for 3 minutes at High.
Stir sauce once.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
