Lemon Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Mix 2 cups hot water with Jell-O, 1 cup cold water and 1 cup cream.
When it begins to gel, add pineapple and cream cheese.
