Beef Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 c. applesauce
    1 c. precooked rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. catsup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix in 2 1/2 quart bowl, ground beef, applesauce, precooked rice, onion, salt and pepper.
    Shape into balls.
    Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Mix 1 cup catsup and 1 cup water.
    Pour over balls and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
