Yellow Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow squash
    1/4 stick margarine
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. onion powder
    2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cook squash; drain and mash.
    Mix all ingredients; pour into greased 1-quart baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
