Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour (may use 2 c. all-purpose flour and 1 c. whole wheat)
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/4 c. Crisco
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. cold water (this equals 1/3 c.)
Preparation
    Cut Crisco into flour until it looks like corn meal.
    Combine beaten egg, water and vinegar.
    Add this to the flour mixture; mix well.
    Freeze.
    Yield: 4 to 5 pie crusts.
