Jalapeno Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 chopped hot chili peppers
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 c. shredded cheese (sharp)
    1 c. creamed corn
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. buttermilk
    2/3 c. oil
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan which has been oiled and heated in oven.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 425\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
