Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash brown frozen potatoes
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. grated cheese (Cracker Barrel mild)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix together and put in greased casserole dish.
    Makes one large or two medium casseroles.
