Mock Whipped Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can evaporated skim milk
1 tsp. pure vanilla
1 tsp. brandy
Preparation

Put milk in fridge and a stainless steel bowl and beaters from electric mixer in freezer for 1 hour.
Put milk into chilled bowl; add 1 teaspoon each of pure vanilla and of brandy.
Beat at high speed just until peaks are formed.
Use immediately.
