Creamed Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ears corn, cut and scrape the corn and pulp from the cobs
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. flour
    water to cover
Preparation
    Put corn with pulp, butter or margarine and water in pot. Cover; bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer.
    Mix together milk, sugar, flour, salt and pepper.
    Add enough water to keep the mixture in a liquid form.
    Pour mixture into corn.
    Stir and let simmer.
    Total cooking time approximately 15 minutes.
