Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 medium onion
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    1/2 to 1 head shredded lettuce
    20 cherry tomatoes or 1 medium tomato, diced
    1/2 to 1 lb. shredded cheese (mild or sharp)
    1/2 to 1 bag Doritos, crumbled
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion; drain.
    Add beans and refrigerate. Combine salad mixture with meat.
    Just before serving, add 1/2 to 1 bottle Catalina dressing.
