Potato Casserole(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 medium potatoes, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 c. cheese, grated
1/4 stick margarine
salt and pepper
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Spray 2-quart baking dish with Pam.
Layer potatoes, onions and cheese.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Dot with margarine and cover with cheese.
Pour water on top.
Cover dish with Saran Wrap and punch a small hole in top.
Cook in microwave on High for 20 minutes or until tender.
Can be baked in oven at 350\u00b0 until tender if desired.
