Weight Watchers Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) box sugar-free Jell-O (pistachio)
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    2 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix dry pudding with crushed pineapple and juice.
    Mix 2 minutes. Fold Cool Whip into the mixture and refrigerate overnight.
    Makes 8 servings.
