Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. rice
    4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. milk
    1 c. raisins
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Cook 4 cups of water with the rice until the water cooks away. Then add 4 cups of
    milk and simmer until tender and milk is nearly all absorbed.
    Remove from fire; add 1 cup raisins, 2 cups sugar, vanilla, oleo and a little cinnamon.
    Stir well and pour into a large bowl.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and chill.
