Roast With Red Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 pound shoulder roast
    1 large onion, sliced
    1/4 cup tomato or V-8 juice
    1/2 cup red wine
    2 teaspoons salt
    1 tablespoon paprika
    1 tablespoon parsley
    pepper
    garlic powder
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Place roast in Dutch oven or roaster.
    Place onion slices over top of roast.
    Combine rest of ingredients and pour over roast. Cover tightly and cook at 250 degrees for 5-6 hours.
    Serves 12-16.
