Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. self-rising flour (not sifted)
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. Wesson oil
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast and sugar.
    Add egg, water and oil.
    Beat well.
    Spray muffin tins with Pam and fill half full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Mix will keep in refrigerator up to 3 weeks in airtight container.
