Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
2/3 c. water
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 1/2 c. flour
1 c. oil
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 can pumpkin (single pie size)
Preparation

Mix together at low speed until blended.
Beat at high speed 5 minutes.
Divide batter into 2 large greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, increasing temperature to 350\u00b0 for an additional 15 minutes.
(Can also be baked in 4 small loaf pans.)
